if you're ordering a product which is a custom design, or a made to order rug the process is straightforward and simple.

1. Select your size from the options on the listing and go ahead and complete your order, providing your email address when prompted

2. For custom designs, Look out for an email from me within 2 days of making your order. I’ll ask you to confirm your design requirements, and you’ll have the option to provide reference pictures if you have them.

3. I’ll send you a draft design on email, which you can provide feedback on. I’ll include 2 sets of edits in the price.

4. Sit back, relax and wait for your finished rug to arrive! I’ll keep you updated on the process and delivery timeframes throughout.
